Danny’s Million Dollar View: 3B/1B (2 dbl beds, 2 twin bed, 1 bed with tub/shower) is situated on the southeast end of the island with awesome lake view of Cedar Point Amusement Park. A quaint A-frame 70’s colonial decor cottage on Lake Erie with plenty of parking for boat trailers (tidy fishermen welcome!!), lovely corner lakefront / lake view. Loft with pool table.
Good for a couple who wants to spend time together in a quiet place with and excellent view (there is an extra guest fee).
This view is for sale. If you want to come to envision the possible 2M house you can build, we highly recommend you spend some time here.

Legend has it that Danny won this wooded property in a friendly card game in the 70’s and eventually built this A-frame house affording the Million-Dollar View!
This property will offer you an inspiring view. It has one of the most desirable views of the Lake and Ceder Point Amusement Park. It is from this view that my father, Dan Ahner created and fulfilled his dreams. (i.e. Caddy Shack Square etc).
The price of this property is set for 2 people. If you would like to bring a bigger group to brainstorm your future, the house has capacity for 6 adults (fees may apply).
You can easily see in the pictures that this property is not luxury or updated. There are many other properties on the island that would offer a better value if you are looking for just a place to stay while your are in the island.
There are 2 bedrooms which each have double beds and one bedroom which has twin beds. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo with shower curtain. The Kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot. Dishes, utensils, pans. (All appliances need to be turned off when not attended). Washer and Dryer available for your use.
In addition, the Garage was split into an apartment for his daughter Patty, and eventually an upstairs apartment was added, commonly called “the Condo” and is also available by the week through AirBNB (Patty’s Condo on the Lake: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/25783966)

You have full access to the house. Please note: Wifi is available but direct ethernet connection to router is not listed as an amenity and is not available in the house. The island has an ongoing challenge with internet service but generally it is stable but not guaranteed.

Please note:
Not handicap accessible. There are 3 steps to reach deck and side entrance door. Stairs to upstairs loft where pool table is located. Not handicap accessible.
No parties or events (thank you for respecting the house)
NO SMOKING inside home
Children under 21 would need to be supervised
No Animals/Pets
Self check-in with keypad (request code before your visit for smooth transition)
Owner lives behind house in lower garage apartment. Noise level must be kept reasonable so as not to bother neighbors at any time.
Windows/doors need to be closed (locked as well to protect valuables) when not in the house in case of unexpected rain which can damage interior.
If you would like to rent a golf cart or a bike for the duration of your rental, we can help arrange that for you if you let us know ahead.

Patty’s Condo on the Lake: 1B/1B (1 dbl bed, 1 bath with shower) is a lovely 2nd level garage condo built in 2017 with stairlift from deck (3 steps to deck) perfect for 2 people looking to get-away for the week or weekend with separate entrance. Shared screened-in Patio with Amazing Lakefront View.
Owner lives below in separate apartment.

Just the right size for a couple with one double bed, kitchenette, living/dining area. Great view from the shared screened in porch!
