Acupuncture: Fully-Trained “Root-Cause” Acupuncturist on staff. Known mainly for pain in the US, this ancient practice has been used successfully for 3000 years for everything from a headache to spinal stenosis, anxiety to urinary dysfunction, virtually every aspect of health care. Acupuncture considers the body as a whole (wholistic) and we like to get down to the “root cause” behind the issue.

When there is imbalance, there becomes dysfunction. Acupuncture helps the body rebalance so you can regain your health and well-being, reduces pain/headaches etc. with powerful electrons, along with boosting/recharging your energy system (Qi) and increasing your immune’s ability to fight. You may not know that all Acupuncturist are not trained equally. Be sure to inquire the number of hours your acupuncturist has received in Oriental Medicine. Fully-trained acupuncturists receive a minimum of appx 3500+ hours of training including Bio-med, Chinese Herbal Therapy and clinical rounds similar to medical doctors during their education. Be aware that “Dry needling” is actually Acupuncture incorporating a new name which allows Physical Therapists to practice Acupuncture with much less training. If you find you are not receiving results from Acupuncture, that may be the deficiency.
